I am getting very optimistic about the market turn around. I have gotten a binding contract on six homes in the last six weeks. The first one just closed. Expecting three more to close by the end of the month. Four of my contracts are on my listings. I am working an offer on another of my listings and I have a offer in for a client on a foreclosure.
Other Realtors are showing my listings regularly and people are calling from my Real Estate Book ads and getting lots of on-line hits.
I hope other markets are picking up like the Dahlonega area,
