I have a question...when you say you added a few accessories of your own, do you lease these or loan them? I did a consult today for a single male that has nothing in the way of accessories.

Hi Donna -- thx for the kind words. I lease the accessory items month to month. I always find out if they want me to provide them with a shopping list, or I'll shop for them and they can pay for my time, Or, they can simply rent the items month to month. Most of the time they choose to rent and it seems to work out well.
Hi Anthea -- Every time I use that iron piece in a home (and it is out most of the time) someone wants to buy it. So far I have managed to hold on to it; but someday I fear it will become part of the deal!

Thx, Kathy -- Brooks is in Fayette County and is what I consider high end country living. Lot's of Airline Pilots with families; big homes, 5 to 10 acres. Lot's of beautiful ranches and horses. The schools are ranked among the highest in Georgia, so it draws families wanting a country twist on suburb / city living.
