The lake levels are dropping again. Values on the lake remain high even with lake levels dropping. Only a few dock permits are left. Will this cause a rise in value for those who have permits??

Here in Florida, it's Lake Okeechobee that's at record low levels.
Lake Lanier is a nice area. I passed by it last summer.
