Full price All Cash offer not good enough!

I submitted a full price all cash close in 3 weeks offer and got out bid. The buyer looked at the property the day after it came on the market. It was a great deal! My buyer was very interested however held off for almost 2 weeks to make the offer. When we sent it in we were one of three offers on the table.

This is getting to be common place in Dahlonega and Dawsonville Georgia. The homes that are priced at a deal are selling and selling fast. Homes that are priced high are just setting on the market month after month some even for two years.

Seems odd that a full price all cash close in three weeks will not be good enough in this buyers market. Just goes to show we have buyers and they know a deal when the see it.
