Have you sold your house only to learn that you can't buy? Don't let this happen to you

Recently I responded to a question from a seller in some distress. He sold his current home, and was told he was qualified for his next purchase by a "national lender" only to learn that he wasn't. Quite the dilemma -- the classic "between a rock and a hard place".

Click below to see how I responded. He consumer received responses from many agents and lenders but he gave my response the "thumbs up" so I have to assume that he found the information relevant and helpful to his situation.

A little preparation on the front end can save you alot of stress and panic later. Learn why finding a buyer is only half the problem when you may not have your "ducks in a row" when you place your home on the market.

Best of luck for a smooth sale and purchase if you are a seller considering a move up.
