Perception is a reality. When I sold a house for Brad Pitts it was amazing
how many people called me and wanted to look at it because of his name.
When I listed properties for Larry King... I received the same reply... how
do you get all the celebrities to list with you??
Well, my name is DAGMAR SANDS... and I tell all my clients"
"You're in GOOD HANDS with DAGMAR SANDS".
When I asked Brad Pitts about his name... he said it was great that
everytime he made reservations he would get a table right away.
So, BRAND YOURSELF... become a household name and become a BRAND
to your customers and your clients.
My goal is when someone things of Dagmar Sands they immediately think
that she is "The Real Estate EXPERT in the Atlanta, Georgia ", they will
immediately know that she is the "International Real Estate Broker" and
the author of the book called "HOW I BECAME A PURPLE SNOWFLAKE IN
REAL ESTATE".
When I meet people with unique names I always encorage them to use
it to their benefit. Once I met a woman with a name "Mary Christamas"
and Realtors with the last name of SOLD or SELL... should use it to their
advantage.
