Here we are with another edition of our weekly feature- we've once again reviewed corporate-owned, lender-owned and foreclosure properties that have come on market in the last seven days in Woodstock, North Fulton and East Cobb County- here are the results:
Our favorite "pick" this week is a foreclosure in Duluth in Randolph Hall, a swim and tennis neighborhood built in the early 2000s. This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1 half bath and a full basement- at about 2831 sq ft, this home is for sale at $234,600 and is assessed at $352,000. Another home in the neighborhood on a slab just closed at $326,000.
Remember, as always, that these "deals" aren't always what they seem- sometimes banks and corporations list their homes at or near market value regardless of their condition, so you always want to make sure you know what other homes have sold for in the neighborhood/area and how the neighborhood/area is trending in value.
