            Here’s what’s new in the world of real estate:  In general the market seems to be slowly stabilizing.  Yes, prices are still down and the market is flooded with foreclosures.  But the overall decline in prices has slowed and interest rates are still incredibly low. Right now buying a home is more affordable than ever!
 

            If you have a home to sell it can be tricky but not impossible.  There are buyers out there looking for modestly good deals on really nice houses.  They don’t want to take the risk or do the repairs that may be required on a foreclosure or fixer upper home.  Your home will almost certainly sell for less than it would have 3 years ago but with the money you can save on your next house it can still make sense to sell.
