Henry County November 2011 Homes Sales
Study conducted on homes on the market in November, 2011 in the price range of $100,000 to $5,000,000.
Inventory of homes is down 34% November, 2011 as compared to November, 2010.
Total sales is down insignificantly from 85 in November, 2010 to 82 in November, 2011.
New home inventory is down 45% in one year.
Only 18 homes have been sold November, 2010 to November, 2011 over $500,000 with six months have no sales in this price range.
The only price range showing an increase in unit sales November 2011 over November 2010 was $100,000 to $200,999. The $201,000-$300,999 and $301,000 to $500,999 went down in unit sales and all other categories were even.
