What a fabulous agent!!!

I am in a deal right now where my Buyers have been touch and go on getting their VA loan. I have resurrected then many times when they were on the edge of defeat. The listing agent, also the home owner, has been patient, very patient. I spoke to her Friday and after telling her that we needed one more extension until this Wednesday, even though these extensions are costing her money, she said fine.

We spoke about my clients. He is in the military right now and his fiance is 2 months pregnant. They are being kicked out of their home Monday, 3 days before we can close, by an angry ex. When I told the listing agent this she immediately said, let them move in this weekend. She said she believes military folks have served this country well and they deserve every chance to own a home. This is still giving me goose bumps.

In the interest of privacy I cannot give out names, but just suffice it to say I am honored to be able to work with an agent of this calibur. We close on Wednesday afternoon and I am very much looking forward to meeting the agent/Seller of this home.
