Ok, it didn't happen after all!

I wrote a post last week about losing the earnest money for a client. It was a tough one because my client is a military guy and everyone really wanted this deal to go through. Well, after writing this post, http://actvra.in/s9w, the loan officer ended up getting the deal to go through!

This deal had died more times than a cat with 9 lives. It just goes to show that you can never give up. I realy do not like the word, NO, so I always say, Yes, but.

In this case I really had all but given up. Persistence paid off. We are closing today at 4pm. There will be a soldier that is very grateful that everyone working for him did not give up. I can't wait to see his face today when we hand over the keys to his new home!
