The week began with Sunday, Rally Sunday.
I featured a World Rally Championship compilation and a Rally America video. It is an interesting contrast between the Rally scene is the US and the rest of the world. While I am a NASCAR fan, WRC is amazing, and Rally drivers in general may be the best car controllers in the world.
I am working on my Seller Seminar, and I am committed to holding the event this month. I am in search of a venue, but I am confident enough to say, Seller Seminar coming in May.
Tom Royce over at The Real Estate Bloggers ran a post about barracks conditions some of our servicemen face. This makes me angry... Very angry... I don't care who the landlord is, if it wasn't the US government, they would be in jail.
Possibly my best post of the week, What would my agent do? I had posed a question here on Active Rain, and then read another blog that reminded me of it... If we need emotional distance when we sell our homes, should agents represent their own sale?
I agree with his tagline, The biggest no-brainer in the history of Earth, but not that choosing him is, but that he may be himself... And now he has been told by the state of Georgia that his advertising is dishonest.
$2,000,000,000 is a lot to pay to build a house. And if someone is spending that kind of coin, I guess a 150+ car garage is appropriate. 30 car garage? ppffftt! Jay Leno would be wow'd by that.
The GBR Mud4Blood Drive is Saturday May 10th. Stop by and donate a pint. There are a LOT of really cool things going on. And it's all free...
