What is your opinion on all of the proposed development going on in West Cherokee?

Give me your views. Do you have strong opinions on MacCauley's Village in the Forest? What about all of the red tape going on with "Cherokee West"? As a Sutallee resident, I am seeing more and more proposals affecting us and our way of life. With the market the way it is today, I have seen many huge development tracts started, then going on hold, and sometimes even back on the market to be sold.

Residents of West Cherokee, what do you want? Our easy and private way of life will be affected if these changes go through. Is this a good thing or not? Will elevated property values compensate for peace and quiet? Are you tired of using precious gas to drive further to the store than if you lived in town?

Highway 20 MUST see expansion or we will see the problem getting worse!
