I have made it a point not to watch or listen to negative things - life is to hard. This is an advertise driven recession. I am and will sell property, maybe not the volume I have in the past years, but the total number of sells, they are still here. I do not watch the news as everything is depressed - opressed - so why start the day negative, be positive - say YES I can - YES I will - you see I saw my son start over at age 21 - so if he can - so can I. . .every day - say I will and I can. . D
