Incouraging Signs

According to Realty Times things may be looking up. Decembers sales were up by 6.5% and pending sales for January, 2009 is up 6.3%. Combine that with the tax breaks introduced by Sen Isakson of Georgia I think we are seeing an upswing in the market. It may take time and it may be gradual but it is looking like it is starting to climb out. This is good news for all who are looking to buy a new home and for those that are trying to sell!!
