One of Savannah's most desirable neighborhoods for many years, Habersham Woods is nestled between Savannah, Georgia's midtown and south side areas. This well cared for community is a beautiful mix of both traditional brick homes, including "Savannah Grey Brick" as well as unique "modern" architecture with most home built in the 1960s to early 1970s.

Home prices are mostly in the 300,000 to 600,000 range with some close to a million and many are quite large at between 3000 and 7000 square ft. The landscaping is mature, with a large variety of tree and manicured lawns with good size lots. Pools were especially popular when Habersham Woods was built so many homes have pools.

The location of Habersham Woods is convenient to both Historic Savannah at only about a 15 minute drive and five minutes to southside shopping and business. Both Candler Hospital and Memorial Hospital are under 10 minute away and the large YMCCA on Habersham is close enough to walk.
