Only a short drive from Historic Savannah, Georgia yet a it seems like a world away. This hidden island near the Skidaway Institute of Oceanography is private and secluded. As you drive through the gate and down the winding drive taking in the lush, mature landscaping across the marsh onto the intracoastal waterway it's hard not to relax.

Modena is a small island of only about 50 large homes and mansions as large as 10,000 sq. ft and ranging in price from around a million to upwards of four million. Many homes with their own private docks and pools. Modena Island is just down the road from The Landings at Skidaway Island which boasts some of the finest golfing in the southeast.
