Serv Ministries in Woodstock, Georgia does some amazing things to help the less fortunate around the world. At first glance at their new website you can see "Beacons of Hope" shining from Mexico and Kenya which are two of Serv's main focus points. SERV Ministries International was founded in 2000 by Steve L. Kasha, one year after traveling to a remote area of Venezuela on a mission trip. It was there that Steve felt God place the burden on his heart to seek out and serve the widows, orphans and the "least of these".

Today SERV is a growing ministry, working domestically and internationally, that remains committed to the original vision of 'serving God by serving others'.

"The challenge we face today is monumental, says Steve Kasha. Without God it's impossible. We are seeing people in areas of the world going hungry everyday. Children are orphaned and/or without hope and a bright future. Entire cultures of people have been forgotten. Our solution is to feed them both physically and spiritually and invest in and educate the next generation, which are the children of today. Our goal with God's intervention is to change the lives of as many children and families as possible."
