The July Realtor Caravan for Paia and Haiku was short, with only 3 homes. I don't think this reflects the market so much as the season - even Realtors like to take vacations with their families. If any of these homes look interesting, please send me an email for more details.

Where do Maui people go on vacation? This summer we are enjoying a trip to the Atlantic Provinces in Canada. The Gaspe Peninsula in Quebec is very amazing with lots of beaches and artsy/craftsy sights. It might not be as warm as Maui, but it makes for good sleeping weather at least. Pictured here is the Saint John River valley - a land that time forgot!
