Need a Stress Relieve , Take Up Yoga

This little Blog is actually for me ,,,,, and might be for you . But let me share this to all of my stressed out Loan Officer's and Realtor Friends! Since the marked is down , I am working more time in the Mortgage industry than ever . I have noted I put on several pounds and ask my self ,,, how can I get my life in order . Here is nice solution

Like meditation , yoga is an extremely popular and effective method for becoming a more relaxed, easygoing and stress-free person . For centuries , yoga has been used to clear and fee the mind , giving people feelings of ease. It is easy and takes little time out of your busy day . Once I took a class at Bikram Yoga in Kahului that includet both a 9 year old girl and a 65 year old man. Yoga is noncompetitive in nature. You work and progress at speed of your own comfort level.

Although yoga is a physical in nature , its benefits of sweat , heat are both physical and emotional . On the physical side , yoga strengthens the muscles and the spine , creating flexibility and ease of motion . On the emotional side , yoga is tremedous stress reducer. It balances the body -mind-spirit connection .

Especially after work ,,,,, it seem to me when I go to yoga ,,, all the stress and numbers are disapearing and I have the mood of pure rest . I tried in the past to do it on my own but yoga was the best for me .
