The Alii Heights and Alii Heights Mauka are two of Kailua-Kona's newest subdivisions. Built adjacent to each other by Towne LLC on a picturesque hillside overlooking the Kona Coast, the Alii Heights and Alii Heights Mauka are among Kailua-Kona's most popular neighborhoods. Home sizes range from around 1,600 to over 2,200 square feet and feature vaulted ceilings, stucco exteriors, covered lanais and guys,......3 car garages!
