Oh well, at least I got the "good news" out, and it made me "feel good"

And by the way, ActiveRain, 3 new listings in the last 10 days , 1 is in escrow already, and I can thank you directly - 100% for these. All three because of my ActiveRain Blog - honest to goodness, I never had put on my hat, didn't have to brush my teeth, didn't even have to put my clothes on.

They all 3 found me on the WEB, I emailed them contracts, they scanned them back to me - and as I stated above - 1 is already in escrow

1st one - Alii Lani $149,000 - in escrow

2nd one - $349,000 - wont last long either (havent released it yet - mid September release date)

3rd one - Alii Park Place Price to be determined (low 300s)
