Kailua Kona Condo Sales - on track for an increase in sales over Feb. as of March 20 2008

Things are looking up in the Condo Market - as of today 3/20/2008, we are at 14 condo sales for the month. That puts us on track for a total of 21 - compared to a total of 9 last month. That is over double the sales!

I went ahead and just double checked the sales - just to make sure there wasn't some influx of a certain project - and the answer is no - they are all organic sales.

I will post all the sales at the end of the month

Hi Lance, great news for you! Our sales are still sputtering which I post about regularly.... but there are some great buys here so maybe spring will bring buyers. (I'd love a spam musubi this morning!)

Lynn - yes I was one of the 9 - I had an offer in - that was countered - we countered back - I explained to the seller that we were on track for 9 sales, and we had 407 active listings in Kona right now. I asked them if they wanted to be 1 of the 9 or 1 of the 407 - they decided to become 1 of the 9 !
