Sally, what is tenure?

I thought I asked all of you in Hawaii to quit posting these during the winter.  Makes us jealous : )  We're cold!

Chris

Looks absolutely Beautiful!

Lisa: Land Tenure .....Fee Simple or Leasehold....

Chris: It is chilly right now...if that'll help :)

Mott: Thank buddy!

Sally, the area is absolutely gorgeous! (And so's your new photo)

You're DOM aren't too bad...it looks like 4 bedrooms are grabbed up right away.

Linda: These are the resort area homes/condos and they seem to be going as quick as ours in Central Oahu. Not bad. It's gorgeous out there too!

Sally,

Looks like my kind of lifestyle.....beautiful, peaceful, an abundance of things to do and see and friendly people everywhere you go.
The waterfall is gorgeous,

Jo

Jo:  We have a lot of Canadian residents who invest in property here so they can come a few months out of the year.....hint hint.

Sally beautiful place.  I would not mind living in one of those Condos at all, but with the price of housing over there in Hawaii, I would have to do a bunch of Mortgages to afford of them :) :)

George: Well, that's why I have a small one bedroom townhouse...lol!

Finally learning what I was saying...by the way...nice picture:)

Neal: Love you buddy!  Oopps....hope no one gets ideas about that :) And oh, thanks...needed a change :)

Sally,

Wow, what a beautiful community and great post! It's easy to see why you're the HI real estate expert!

Thanks Lynda!   Worked hard on this one! Are you packed yet?

Don't worry you are too far away to

You really are getting us thinking about our Hawaii trip. Can you package the aloha spirit that we can take back along with plumeria stems?

Neal: haha

Sharon: It'll be embedded in your mind lol!

Sally, please read my blogs of today and yesterday if you don't want a lawyer in your back pocket and taking a big chunk of your commission when you make a sale.   Jerry

Jerry:

Yeah....our HAR and HBR made statements on our behalf as members. :)

Sally, Yup, they did!   Got to tell you though, it's always good to support the Leg Committee with comments from the Realtor Community.   That was our problem when I was on the committee and later chair of the committee.   Everyone thought the committee could handle it themselves and we never got more than a few people to take the time to weigh in on any given issue.   We were thus a paper tiger.   Jerry
