Kaanapali Land Management Corp. (KLM) last week announced the signing of an extended Property Management Donation and Acceptance Agreement between KLM, West Maui Improvement Foundation Inc. and Newport Hospital Corporation. The agreement supports Newport Hospital Corporation's efforts to build a 25-bed critical access acute care hospital and 40-bed skilled nursing facility on the proposed Ka'anapali 2020 project site in West Maui.
