Halelani Village is a 2-story condominium project on the outskirts of Lihue in an area known as Puhi. The project consists of 292 units in 28 building in an area bordered by Puhi Rd and Hanalima St . There are 4 units with 1 bedroom, 272 units with 2 bedrooms and 16 units with 3 bedrooms; median living area of 750 square feet ranges from 553 to 980 square feet. There is a mix of owner-occupied and long-term rentals. Short term rentals are not allowed.
