Mililani Real Estate, Mililani Home Buyers, Hawaii Military Relocations

Happy First time home buyersFor the majority of the professionals in the Real Estate Industry we love our 'jobs'. We want our clients to either achieve the American Dream of home ownership or help our sellers get the best price for their homes.

Real Estate Professionals thrive on going above and beyond.

The most important reason of them all is the heartfelt comments and a happy smile on my clients face at the end of the transaction to express their appreciation for the hard work and effort I put into it. Whoever said that we should not put any emotion into our business is not how I choose to conduct business. It's an emotional event for my clients and I do get a little involved with what I do as well.

Caring about my clients and thinking in their best interests are my main priorities.

My client read my posts for about 10 months without a peep. He didn't contact me until October and from there we worked on getting him prequalified for a loan and getting his criteria set for his soon to be purchase of his first home. We closed the transaction less than two weeks ago and he was very emotional when I called him to give him recording clearance. He had just purchased his first home for he and his family and he was emotional.

He gave me written permission to share with you the following testimonial. I was floored and emotional by time I finished reading it.

Our experience with "Sally" from our initial contact to contract:

For many months leading up to our Hawaii move my wife and I had a number of places that we were interested in seeing upon our arrival to rent. During one of our internet searches we came across Sally's blog about buying real estate in Hawaii and how with her help we could actually buy a house and not throw our money away in rent. We were impressed with her qualifications and most importantly we liked the fact that she really listened to our desires, cared about staying in our budget just as much as we cared, and allowed us enjoy our first weeks in Hawaii without any hassles by doing 95% of the work while constantly keeping us informed.

Thanks to Sally really understanding what we wanted from the beginning we were able to see houses that met our desires and dreams. It was not long before we walked into the house we knew would become our home! With meticulous passion for getting things right all of the paperwork and documents that it takes to buy a home, which had originally kept us hesitating to even try to purchase, was signed and filed appropriately by Sally who also took the time to make us aware of certain steps of the process that we should pay particular attention to. It was obvious from the start Sally had been getting nervous families from the mainland into the Hawaiian community for years and not only planting them into a great house but welcoming them and accepting them into the land of Paradise allowing them to grow as new members in the community.

Our house closed on the exact day Sally said it would and we know that the only reason it did was due to Sally's diligence and passion for getting people what they have always dreamed of. As first time home buyers Sally has given us something we thought we were not going to have for many years. You would be completely short changed if you don't allow Sally to assist you in your move to Hawaii. Give her a call or send an email like I did and I can assure you of an adventure like no other on the face of this planet! Never in our wildest dreams did we think we could ever own a house in Hawaii. A place where people of all countries long to visit or live. Thank you again Sally for the present you have given to our family!

Doesn't that just give you the best feeling in the world? When you know your doing a good job, and you hear these types of things, it just makes you want to work harder!

Sally girl, truer words were never spoken.  I love the satisfaction that comes from a job well done and a satisfied home buyer, especially a first-time buyer!

Your Hawaii clients are lucky to have you.  Keep up the good work.

Buying a house is an investment....financial, physical and very, very emotional.....as is the sale...and any realtor who believes otherwise doesn't have their heart in the business.

Sweet!  I would work with you too Sally if I was coming to Hawaii. Awesome job!

Sally - what a wonderful testimony to your hard work, caring attitude, and professionalism. This sort of end result is what it is all about. Thanks for sharing another success story.

Jeff

Fantastic.  They found the right agent and you made it happen.  May they have many years of happiness in their new home.

Sally

Is there a better reward than this?

Sincerely

Tom Braatz

Hi Sally,
What a great testimony!  We know the Consumers are reading although they almost never comment.  If they like what they see, they will contact us when the time comes that they need our services.  A great reminder to stay on our toes!

Sally, this is an incredible testimonial! You might want to get this on your profile! It's lovely. Thank you.

Golden: It has got to be the best reward we receive!

Hey Maggie!  Thanks Maggie...I love first time home buyers...gotta work harder when you have relocation clients who don't know the area either...but in the end ....a job well done and very happy clients!

The picture really is really worth a thousand words!

Sally/David: I totally agree. And it's those that are just looking for a paycheck. Real Estate is the biggest investment one can make ...and it's more important when they are first time home buyers. I choose to care :) :)

Thanks Monika...this is sweet isn't it?  Why don't you and Ann just come visit so we can take you all out to a luau :) :)

Jeff: This family made it all worthwhile...appreciative and a pleasure to work with. No matter what I asked of them...they were on it asap!

Cindy: They will have MANY happy years there. They are expecting a baby soon too!

Tom: I really doubt it!

Cynthia: That's a fact! Another testament to why blogging works. They see a little bit of us in our writing and get some great info too!

Deb: It willl get there shortly!  Thanks!

Thanks Neal!  They are happy!

Sally, doesn't that letter just make your heart sing!!!  Congratulations on helping another satisfied client get settled in Hawaii.  :)

Sally, That is one incredible testimony and truly written from the heart from your lovely clients.  I don't doubt a word of what they said...I can believe you worked incredibly hard to make them happy--and you did!  The rewards are in those smiles.

What a great testimony to you ~ one of the best feelings in the world is knowing we've helped people experience the fulfillment of a dream.

Morning Sally,

Knowing we have done our best and made someone happy is payment beyond wealth. Their testimonial says it all about you!

Sally,

I really enjoyed your blog but want to compliement you on that gorgeous photo of the flower.  What kind is it?

Hi Sally:

It IS rewarding.  When a client gives me that smile, it makes it all worthwhile!

Congratulations Sally!  Definately rewarding to make someone's dream come true.  Here's to a prosperous and "rewarding" 2009.

( 01/13/09 06:05PM ) — George Souto

Sally that is a great testimonial, but those of us who read your blog regularly would have been surprised if their experience with you had been anything less than that.

So nice to hear that we are appreciated in light of the US News & World Report of ours being a vocation that is not held in very high esteem by the public.  Way to prove the media wrong, Sally!!!

Rob (wishing he had beautiful floral and warm weather in Kansas like what you have in Hawaii!!  --  it's below zero degrees here with the wind chill factor)

( 01/13/09 09:18PM ) — Randy DeLaMare

Sally,

Very nice, sounds like you certainly have some fans. I'm glad it all worked out and you were able to put it together for them. I'm going to have to read more. Thanks

( 01/13/09 09:19PM ) — Barbara Delaney

Dear Sally,

What a wonderful testimomial! It is obvious that you earned it!

Congrats! Barbara

Very inspirational.  It's nice to know we can still have happy clients in these trying economic times.

Judi: I loved it....yes, singing and singing for sure! Thanks much! I enjoy this ...believe me!

Carole: Thanks a bunch....they are surely the smiles that tickle our souls when we know we did a good job for someone. :)

Joddie: It sure is...and that's what this industry is about....the caring...the service and very happy clients.

Hal: No kidding...I surely second that motion and a bunch more will follow!

Diane: Red ginger! Beautiful isn't it????

Toula: It really is the best part isn't it?

George!!  Oh, thank you George. One day you're going to win an award....never missing a beat here on AR :) :) HUGS!

Rob: Hey buddy! Yup...I felt the chill as I read your comment lol. One day you'll be back....and share a cup of coffee with us again!

Randy: I am a fan of many as well! It's a pleasure to have clients who are walking right alongside with me through the transaction....and never skipping a beat to get what they need to ...in a timely manner.

Barbara: Thanks much!

Mike: It sure is....and it's a pleasure to help out with our relocating military ...it's hard to adjust at first....a land so diverse and dense with so many different cultures.....but it's helpful when they have guidance from the beginning....along with their process.

Monique: Maybe we'll see you at the C21 awards banquet...I'm there every year!  I do believe it's what makes my world go round :)

It's so nice when our clients have a positive experience. Their attitude about life has a lot to do with it. My clients that are happy with their lives have happy home buying experiences.(agent is happy too! LOL)

Lizette: We ALL are happy when it's a happy occasion :)

Woo Hoo, Nice post and great testimonial. I am surprised that we all don't share our testimonials. if people are indeed reading ur posts , as I know they do, these testimonials should be out there front and center. Another winning post Sally. I like it because it is personal and speaks volumes about why our blogs should be differniating us from those tha don't. Great Job and Congrats on the closing.

Congratulation's!  Good Job, and yes this is one of the the Best Parts of it all! PattyLuther

Congratulations Sally.  I love my job and I love helping folks achieve their dreams and then...I really get paid well.  Life is good!

What an amazing testimonial. Love both pictures. The one of the flower really makes me want to call you and have you find ME a place there. Especially when I look out my window and see snow!

William: I do put up testimonials...Especially the videos and I put links on my profile page. I know people are reading watching. :)

Sure is Patty!

Stevie: I thought it made sense to just do my job and do it well. I have happy clients. Main thing.

( 01/14/09 10:29AM ) — Carolyn Heilman, GRI, SRS

for me this is what its all about.    I had a closing a couple of months ago with a single lady who also had never owned a home.  We worked over a year with lenders and finding just the right house for her.    When we walked out of the closing she was in tears...as was I.   It certainly is an emotional experience for some and I was so glad that I could help her get it accomplished.

( 01/14/09 04:31PM ) — Jason Sardi, Mortgage Banker

Sis - No better reminder than things like that.  Sprinkled testimonials along this path make all the headaches we can run into... more than worthwhile.  Congrats to Robert & Zarina for choosing somebody like YOU!

Sally- What an awesome testimonial and every word was true for them and all of us here believe the same thing about you. You are the best agent on Oahu!

Sally - This testimonial once again says so much about you and the job that you do !!!!! Bravo!

Hi Sally!  I am EXTREMELY late to this AWESOME post but, I just had to comment--of COURSE they loved you--who wouldn't?!  You ARE the best at what you do and your clients love you for it!  Thanks for sharing this story with us and sorry for being so late to the party!
