Litigation:
Please note that the VA will not lend on any property that is involved with litigation. Actually that not is 100% true, If the association is suing a tenant then it could be possible but there are still hoops to jump through, In addition if the litigation is contained to one specific unit you might have a shot however in 9 out of 10 cases if you run into a property involved with litigation Head FOR THE HILLS.
