Aloha,
I got a call today from a very distressed Realtor. she had been out cold calling and came across a perspective client. In talking with him she found out that he had not got his separation papers or what is also referred to as the dd214. She thought this meant he would never be eligible to get a VA Loan. After I explained to her he should be fine as long as he doesn't have a " Dishonorable Discharge" Lesson learned here is that you are eligible as long as your discharge was not dishonorable.
