The year 2009 ended on a pleasant note as a sell was made on a luxury Pineapple Hill home property, which ended up closing at 2.3 million. The weather on our beautiful island of Maui has been wonderful throughout this month of January, starting off this year excellently. Maui residents and visitors alike were delighted this past month with the abundant sunshine, consistent high surf and the return of the humpback whales.
