The Business of Art on Maui

Maui is one of the great art communities of the world. Renowned artists from many nations show their work in the myriad of elegant Maui galleries in Lahaina, Wailea, Makawao, Kaanapali and even Kula, among other places. It's not uncommon, however, to find out that the stunning piece of art you are looking at was produced by an artist that lives right here on Maui.

Our island is a great source of artistic inspiration thanks to the breathtaking natural beauty to be found here. A lot of artists that come to visit wind up staying to live here. In fact, quite a decent number of Maui residents are artists. If you happen to be one of them, or know one of them, you might want to consider taking a look at the upcoming class on the Business of Art which will be held at the Maui County Business Resource Center in the Maui Mall on April 23rd.
