Wow what a lot of rain and even hail the past week. I hope you stayed dry. Inventory appears to be getting tighter. I wasn’t expecting this to happen so early in the year. I’m expecting multiple offers in on some of my new REO listings. Per Wells Fargo policy onPapalina, Kalaheo house no offers are allowed to be submitted for the first 7 days then only offers from owner occupant days 8-14. It’s a good policy encouraging home ownership.
