As of December 31, 2007, there were 59 single family home sales in Haiku year-to-date, compared with 69 sales this time last year.

The average price was $1,148,784, compared with $1,080,562 this time last year, representing a 6% increase.

The median price for a home was $942,000, compared with $895,000 a year earlier, an increase of 5%.

On January 8, an MLS search showed 63 Haiku homes for sale.
