Haiku Home Sales
As of April 30, 2008, there were 18 single family home sales in Haiku year-to-date, compared with 21 sales this time last year.
Total dollar volume fell 22%.
The average price was $1,104,389, compared with $1,216,429 this time last year, down 9%.
The median price for a home was $800,000 compared with $900,000 a year earlier, a decrease of 11%.
On May 11, an MLS search showed 79 Haiku homes for sale.
