As of May 31, 2008, there were 8 single family home sales in Sprecklesville/Paia/Kuau year-to-date, compared with 11 sales this time last year.
Total dollar volume was down 43%
The average price was $658,525, compared with $837,920 this time last year, representing a 21% decrease.
The median price for a home was $552,100, compared with $620,000 a year earlier, a decrease of 11%.
On June 16, an MLS search showed 36 homes currently for sale.
