Nice to hear things are going well in another tropical area. We wre there years ago and it was selling like hotcakes. We also have alot of great value if you know of anyone wanting to come to Flordia let me know and we will work a referral commission your way.

My business partner still has dreams of moving to Hawaii within the next 5 years and is working hard at achieving that. I'll refer him your way.
Really not a bad time to buy here, values start rising again soon, but for now, buyers can have their pick, especially if their financing is in order. We do appreciate the referrals.
If We hear of anyone moving to Florida, will send them your way :),
Thanks for the comments

Anytime Paul Brewbaker speakers people listen. Oh maybe that was someone else. Anyway I have been to three of his presentations this year and felt like it was time well spent.
