Kolea villas in buildings 1-8,10, and 12 are larger and offer the premier views if they are on the second or third floor. Buildings 9 and 11 are located behind the "front row" Kolea villas, but offer close proximity to the Kolea Beach Club and A'Bay. Each Kolea rental is uniquly furnished and individually owned.
