Monday October 26th 2009 we had just one foreclosure and it was vacant land 5.58 acres was foreclosed upon by the lien holder for a whooping $1,690,500.00


The Friday report was in late I have been very busy so here's where I try to inform you on what went down October 23rd 2009


  1. 3445 Lower Honoapiilani road was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $565164.86 
  2. 10 Kopi Lane apt 9-201 was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $169,560.86 
  3. 12 Alana Place was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $236,256.00 
  4. 1063 East Main street apt 514 was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $281,372.50 
  5. 233 Anamuli Street was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $542,465.13 950 Akaiki Place was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $542,287.01 
  6. Kulalani drive was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $170,735.27 sounds cheap but it is vacant land 11,608 square feet of land no water
