It’s come to be my “opinion” that banks are leading their foreclosures to a judicial stance/case. In fact this week we have seen 2 foreclosures recycle. These lots in Wailuku 1574 & 1767 Kaahumanu were foreclosed upon in March by a non judicial proceeding and now they are coming through again in a Judicial proceeding, for Maui at least I believe this to be the trend of not so distant future. The news papers have slowed down the NOI’s “Notices of Defaults” postings and the foreclosing attorneys have canceled or postponed 99% of all foreclosure cases. It’s going be a long summer as prices continue to be driven downward on Maui.
