Faults Electronic Lockboxes:

1. When you live in btwn two Association one group of Realtors will not have the ability to key in.

2. Have to drive to the association to use or buy them.

3. They are expensive.

Advantages Combo Boxes:

1. They are cheap.

2. Anyone can use them with the right code.

3. Kept at the office.

Faults Combo Boxes:

1. After you give out the code you lose control over who has been inside and how many times.

2. Easy to Steal.

3. They freeze up in the Winter.
