Adam, I agree. Sometimes you just have to shut off the media coverage and revel in the success you have had for the day. Our careers are what we make of them and if we flounder in what the media says is going on, we would never get anything accomplished!
Rates are great! The loan programs (even though they are more limited) are around. Work with the buyers you have, develop the relationship and if needed work with them in order to get them to a buying position.
