Great looking reports Jason! That's quite the spike in months of invetory based on closed sales from August to September.  Do you have any insight on why that is?

I do have a little insight so thanks for giving me the opportunity to point that out.  When viewing the number of homes available versus the number of closings in a month you get the Months of Inventory.  In this case its that time of year!  Closings are down and listings continue to come in.  If you look at the same time last year on the same graphic you can see that while the number looks high this year, it is only slightly higher than last years number at the same time.  8.8 this year and 8.3 last year.  Does this mean you can't sell your home during this time of year?  Absolutely not, but fewer buyers are usually looking with school starting, school activities, winter is coming, Halloween, the Holiday.  We are coming in to a busy time of year.  Pricing your home right is especially important this time of year.
