Being Number One in Iowa Real Estate, Scoring 200,000 Points, and doing it on Christmas Day!!!

Thanks to my older brother, Rob Lang of Lawrence Kansas Real Estate fame, I joined Active Rain years ago. Rob has led Kansas as the number one agent for years and I have been fortunate to do the same in Iowa for years. He has become an Ambassador on Active Rain as he continuously helps people grow!

Over the years, I've been blessed to meet and get to know numerous professionals on Active Rain. One agent, Matt Grohe, was a rising star at the time we met and I referred him to my best friends daughter who was relocating to the Des Moines, Iowa area. He did a great job in representing them and finding them their current home.

Gene Riede, of Sacramento, California Real Estate fame, helped tutor me through my early years and founded the Listing by Address group which has become so popular on Active Rain. She has helped so many people here that she would qualify for sainthood!!!

So as I post this blog, and finally surpass that magic 200,000 points, I wish to thank all my friends, my relatives, my clients, and all the professionals on Active Rain for their guidance over the years! You have really been a BLESSING in my life!!!
