Ring Central SUCKS!!!

For years our Company used RightFax for our Personal Faxes and we paid a monthly fee to support it.

A couple years ago, our Company decided to discontinue their support and we were left to find our own.

After an extensive search, many of us chose to go with Ring Central because of the varied options, the convenience, the phone number selection, and pricing packages.

The last 6 months have been FAXES from HELL!

Here is an example that came in today:

The faxes are starting and then jamming up…………every frickin’ time!!!

Here is another one:

We have talked with the “Help Line”, the IT Department, the Sales Department, the Superisors at every level, and finally (after the prompting of the Head Supervisor of the Technical Support Team) left a very detailed online complaint on their website.

NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!!

The apathy of this company is nothing short of ridiculous!!!

If any of you are thinking of getting a Personal Fax Line, DON’T USE RING CENTRAL!!!

For those of you using another Fax Company, who do you suggest and why???
