There have been recent posts regarding items or services that make the job of the real estate agent easier. There is Craig Schiller with Real Estaging (What an awesome name for a company), someone had mentioned earlier about using PODS to store unnecessary items in a house to make it appear roomier and "less cluttered." I have used a product made by an international company to remove odors permanently in my listings and have had great success. This product is an air purifier that will remove any odor inside a home whether being lived in or vacant. This air purifier will also remove any odor from any surface, including carpet, drapes, drywall. If you have ever had a listing you couldn't sell because of cigarette smoke, cat urine, mold, mildew, cooking odors, etc... this product will work. I have literally turned problem listings around and sold them because of this product. I'm not mentioning the name of the company or the name of the product because I'm not sure it's okay to endorse a product, or to do so within the guidelines of our blog system. I guess if anyone wants information further, they can email me, and I'll pass along the info. I just felt strongly about letting this community know about a "tool" that can make your job easier and perhaps turn around a problem listing for you. Does anyone else have any "tools" they'd like to share to make the job of a real estate agent easier??? Thank you!
