Boise Renovation with Mother In Laws Quarter---Sorry you missed it!

This beautiful renovation with a flexible floorplan, wonderful upgrades and an extra living quarters attached, has gone under contract .

Thanks to all that visited and commented on our project. It has received an extra ordinary number of online views and plenty of attention even through the holidays and winter weather.

Finding a property that offered the extra living quarters attracted plenty of attention. There is an apparent need for a place to have mom and dad or a child with special needs close but allow them some privacy. This was a unique opportunity that we will look for again.
