Boise ranked No. 2 for best city for business and careers

Boise has been named again as one of the best cities in the U.S. for business and careers by Forbes magazine. This was the fourth year Boise has been in the top 5. This is great recognition for all types of businesses in our local economy including real estate. Our unemployment rate is still under 3 % and our job growth was 13th among all other cities. With all of the commercial growth we have had over the last few years, large companies are obviously investing in the Boise valley. This should also bring more buyers from others states where cost of living is higher and job growth is slower.
