This report is for the 6-months begining March 28 and ending August 28, 2008.
There are currently 104 properties on the market in the price range of $ $500,000 - $900,000.

8 Properties in this price range have sold over the past 6-months.
10 Properties are under contract.

If we assume that the 10-under contract will actually close escrow, we will still have OVER 2-Years supply on the market in Hayden / Hayden Lake.
