Here is the February data for The Boise Valley. I've updated the "Local Market Reports" page on my website, TheBoiseValley.com. See the "Average" general numbers below for Canyon and Ada counties. Remember that "All Real Estate is LOCAL"! That certainly goes here as well. You can download the full reports from the "Local Market Reports" page. Or if you need a custom report run ,by area or some other criteria, contact me and I can put something together with as much or little detail as you require. I typically post the updated data around the middle of each month and will post "quarterly" data as well as any "economic" reports, as deemed relevant and as it comes in.
