They Still Do Not Get It

We voted for them. Our message was pretty clear I thought. Cut spending and do it now. They were all big talk. Don't worry, we will cut this bloated budget and take care of the people's business. Cuts are coming.

So then, a few months later, we have our Republican controlled Congress. Quite a few of them ran as Tea Party or supposed TP candidates. Good enough. But now, our elected idiots are talking cuts of most major departments except their own. Big mistake.

As of right now the cuts to what they call "domestic" agencies, whatever that is, would equal around 9 percent while the cuts to the Congressional budget would be right at 2 percent. Still slopping the pigs I see.

Hey elected fools, turn that around for starters. Lead by example. The governor of Florida cut his salary to $1. How about following his example?
